Workday-Integration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Workday Integration Specialist to design, develop, test, and support integrations between Workday HCM and external systems. This role involves managing data flows, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring data accuracy within the Workday environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of Workday HCM.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test and implement new Workday integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange across systems
• Manage interfaces and reports related to integrations
• Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or updated integrations.
• Document integration processes and provide training to end users
• Collaborate with IT developers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of integrations
• Monitor integration performance and proactively identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Support Workday updates and product releases for Workday integrations, assessing impact to F&D

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of end- to-end experience working with Workday integrations required
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM configuration and functionality
• Experience configuring, testing, and deploying integrations using Workday Studio
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with API integration methods including web services, RESTful APIs, and SOAP
