Workday-Integration Specialist

As a Workday Integration Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting integrations between Workday HCM and external systems. Your role will involve managing data flows, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring data accuracy within the Workday environment. To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of Workday HCM. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, test, and implement new Workday integrations - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange across systems - Manage interfaces and reports related to integrations - Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or updated integrations - Document integration processes and provide training to end users - Collaborate with IT developers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of integrations - Monitor integration performance and proactively identify areas for optimization and improvement - Support Workday updates and product releases for Workday integrations, assessing impact to F&D **Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of end-to-end experience working with Workday integrations required - Strong understanding of Workday HCM configuration and functionality - Experience configuring, testing, and deploying integrations using Workday Studio - Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines - Familiarity with API integration methods including web services, RESTful APIs, and SOAP,
