Workday Integration Developer

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Inbound/Outbound), and Core Connectors. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and customizing BIRT reports for various HR functions. Your tasks will include executing data migration and transformation using iLoads, XML, and XSLT, translating integration requirements into technical designs, providing support for existing integrations and reports, ensuring robust and secure integration solutions, and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders on full-cycle Workday implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Inbound/Outbound), and Core Connectors. - Develop and customize BIRT reports for various HR functions. - Execute data migration and transformation using iLoads, XML, and XSLT. - Work with functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs. - Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing integrations and reports. - Ensure integration solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. - Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders on full-cycle Workday implementations. As for the required skills and qualifications, you should possess: - 5+ years of experience as a Workday Integration Developer. - Strong experience with Workday Studio and at least two full-cycle implementations. - Proficiency in Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, and iLoads. - Expertise in BIRT report design and customization. - Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, and data transformation techniques. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The work location for this position is Bangalore (Hybrid), and the notice period required is immediate to 15 days only. The form of employment offered is full-time until further notice, with a 6-month probationary period.
