As a Principal Consultant at Genpact, your responsibilities will include requirements analysis, business process analysis, and collaboration with functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other system experts. You will be expected to provide effort estimations for technical enhancements, design, develop, and deploy integrations and reports, as well as prepare technical design documents. Moreover, you will be responsible for analyzing and fixing integration production issues, performing impact analysis of existing integrations, and overseeing failures, errors, and warnings of scheduled integrations. Your role will also involve identifying and implementing continuous improvements to existing integrations to enhance business process efficiency and ensuring adherence to defined integration/development standards and best practices. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise in integrating Workday with other enterprise systems and troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday. The qualifications we seek in you include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, along with expertise in Workday Advanced, Matrix, and BIRT Reports. Preferred qualifications/skills include experience with HCM integration development and/or maintenance in a global environment, Security configuration, Workday Data Model, web services, SOAP, WDSL, XML, XSLT, XPATH, Core Connector, Cloud Connector, EIB, Report Designer, Workday Studio, PICOF/PECI, BIRT, Data Conversions loads, development of Custom Reports & Calculated Fields, as well as experience in support and implementation projects. Job Title: MAS Maximo Lead Location: [Add Location e.g., Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad / Remote] Experience: 812 Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced MAS Maximo Lead who will be responsible for ensuring successful upgrades, integrations, and configurations in the Maximo Application Suite (MAS). Required Skills: Review & update custom Java code for MAS compatibility. Modify BIRT and other reports as per the new data model. Configure Maximo applications & workflows for new version features. Support and validate data migration activities. Perform end-to-end testing post-upgrade. Develop and maintain integrations with external systems. Key Responsibilities: Upgrade custom Java code ensuring compatibility & performance. Adapt reporting templates (BIRT/others) to reflect changes. Configure and optimize workflows. Participate in migration ensuring data accuracy. Conduct system testing and resolve issues. Update & validate external system integrations. Handle issue triage and JIRA resolutions.

You should possess a minimum of 6-14+ years of Maximo technical experience. Your expertise should include working with Maximo 7.x and having the ability to create detailed functional and technical designs, as well as data migration strategies for Maximo Asset Management, Work Management, Purchasing, Spatial, and Inventory modules. Your responsibilities will include defining application configuration design, data migration strategies, integration designs, and preparing all necessary documentation. You must have extensive experience in Maximo Data Conversion/Migration using tools such as MX Data Loader, Talend, and scripts. Additionally, you should be well-versed in Maximo Integration technologies such as MIF, MEA, Object Structures, services, channels, etc., as well as user exit classes, XLST/XML, SOAP/REST API, etc. Proficiency in Maximo Customization technologies like Java scripts, Python/Jython, Java/J2EE, and SQL is required. Experience in WebSphere 8.5/9.0 application servers administration, preferably in a Linux environment, is essential. Familiarity with BIRT Reports and knowledge of MAS and MAS Functional/Technical Certification will be considered advantageous for this position.,

The ideal candidate for this role should be a Workday certified professional with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Workday, specifically holding the Workday Core Integration Certification. Workday Integration Certification is a mandatory requirement for this position. You will be responsible for assisting customers in resolving integration issues, leveraging your in-depth expertise in Workday solutions. A strong background in integration is essential, as you will be tasked with independently designing, developing, and testing integrations. Your hands-on experience should include working with various tools such as Cloud connectors, Core connectors, EIB, DT, Studio, Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL), calculated fields, XML, and XSLT. Proficiency in Business Process Configurations, Security, ISU/ISSG is crucial for this role. You will be expected to handle incidents, provide production support, and possess knowledge of migration using Object Transporter. Experience in building Advance and BIRT Reports, with the ability to cater to both FIN and HCM requirements, is highly desirable. An understanding of different HCM and FIN modules will be an added advantage. In addition to the technical requirements, the successful candidate must hold current and valid Workday certifications, including Workday studio or Workday Prism.
