Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant Experience: 4 - 7 years (Relevant: 3 - 7 years) Location: Bangalore (Hybrid, 3 days in office) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations, reporting, and security. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR architects, junior Workday consultants, and security/reporting teams to ensure smooth Workday implementations and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze Workday integration requirements . Assist the HR architecture team in designing Workday solutions. Review, validate, and approve technical designs created by junior consultants. Support Workday Security and Reporting teams from an integration perspective. Monitor, guide, and assist junior Workday consultants with technical challenges. Develop and execute strategies to enhance Workday capabilities within the organization. Required Skills: Workday Integrations (E2E outbound & inbound) Workday Studio Development & Orchestration Workday Reporting (Advanced, Custom, Matrix reports) EIB Integrations (Inbound & Outbound) Integration System User (ISU) and Integration System Security Groups (ISSG) PGP, SSH Key Sharing & Middleware Connectivity Preferred Skills: Experience in Workday Security & Business Process Configuration Knowledge of Workday Extend and Workday Prism Analytics Exposure to Cloud Integration Platforms & APIs
