Job Description

As an experienced Architect with 6 to 8 years of experience in Workday Integrations and Workday Core Connector, your role will involve designing and implementing integration solutions to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness. You will work in a hybrid model and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop Workday Core Connector configurations. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting integration issues, monitoring performance, documenting processes, conducting system audits, and staying updated with the latest Workday features. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement Workday integration solutions to meet business needs and enhance system performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and maintain Workday Core Connector configurations to ensure seamless data flow across systems. - Provide technical expertise in Workday integrations ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are scalable. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues minimizing downtime and ensuring data accuracy. - Monitor integration performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize system efficiency. - Document integration processes and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. - Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements to leverage new functionalities. - Train and mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and best practices in Workday integrations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. - Ensure all integration solutions align with the company's strategic goals and objectives. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations ensuring they continue to meet business needs. Qualifications: - Possess strong experience in Workday Integrations and Workday Core Connector. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and configurations. - Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. - Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends. - Experience in a hybrid work environment managing tasks both remotely and on-site.
