Workday Integration

You will be responsible for integrating Workday systems using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs. Your proficiency in programming languages like XSLT, XTT, XML, and web services (REST, SOAP) will be crucial for success in this role. Your experience with middleware and integration platforms will be beneficial in effectively connecting various systems. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Workday integration tools to build and maintain integrations between different systems - Develop and implement solutions using programming languages and web services - Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful integration - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to integrations - Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Workday integration Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously - Knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus - Relevant Workday certifications will be advantageous Please note that this job description is for a Workday Integration role based in Hyderabad with the requirement to be present in the office 2-3 days a week.
