Workday Implementation Manager

Your role will be crucial in accelerating the transformation journey from the present to the future. **Key Responsibilities:** - HCM certified or trained in HCM fundamentals - Configure, migrate, debug, and test Workday HCM capabilities - Understand HCM localization settings - Conduct impact analysis on requested changes - Collaborate effectively with data and integration teams - Good communication skills are essential **Qualification Required:** - Workday Core HR experience is necessary - At least 5 years of Workday functional experience required - Minimum of 7 years of overall HR technology experience - Functional configuration and integration experience is a must - Excellent communication and writing skills - Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, and test case creation within Workday - Strong analytical capabilities with high attention to detail - Self-starter with proactive working style In this role, you will bring proven expertise to contribute to the growth of the practice and act as a mentor to other team members.
