Job Description

As a qualified candidate for the position, your main responsibility will be to define HRIS project tasks, contribute to project plans, identify Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and coordinate resources across the enterprise. You will work closely with development and technical teams to ensure that requirements are integrated into system design and validated through testing. To be eligible for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Possessing a Workday Certification would be considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation project. Additionally, practical experience in HR data migration and/or system integrations would be beneficial. In terms of skills and competencies, you should demonstrate strong consulting abilities with a proven track record of managing customer expectations. An analytical mindset coupled with experience in utilizing HR analytics and reporting tools is desirable. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will be engaging with both management and client stakeholders. Knowledge of HRIS systems, Program Management tools, and proficiency in MS Office are also expected in this role.,
