Job Description: Workday HCM Test Lead_Freelance_Full Time We are looking for a skilled Workday HCM Test Lead with 6–10 years of overall experience, including 3–5 years of focused experience in Workday HCM testing. Key Responsibilities: Lead testing initiatives for global Workday implementations, coordinating efforts across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners to define and execute robust test strategies that align Workday functionalities with business requirements. Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to define testing goals based on operational needs. Possess strong expertise in test execution, defect tracking, and resolution. Develop comprehensive test plans, create and maintain requirement traceability matrices (RTMs), and ensure complete coverage of Workday requirements. Generate and present detailed testing reports and performance metrics. Actively participate in project meetings, offering clear updates on testing status, progress, and identified risks. Hands-on experience with Workday configuration is an added advantage. Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Show more Show less
