Workday HCM Technical

Role Overview: As a Workday HCM Technical at our client's global technology consulting and digital solutions company, located in Bangalore (Global village Tech Park), you will be responsible for providing L2 and L3 operations support for Workday HCM functional areas. You will work in a hybrid mode with a regular shift from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IS, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support for Workday HCM functional areas including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Talent Performance, Benefits. - Provide support in Business Process, Security Functional Configuration, Production Support Break Fixes. - Handle Minor Enhancements, Business Processes, and Reports for L3 support. - Stay updated with Version Updates of Workday HCM. Qualifications Required: - 5 to 10 years of experience in Workday HCM functional resources. - Immediate joiners preferred. - Strong expertise in Workday HCM functional areas mentioned above. - Ability to work effectively in a team and handle support responsibilities efficiently.,
