Job Description

As a highly experienced and dynamic Workday HCM Solution/Technical Architect, your role will involve leading and delivering complex, enterprise-wide Human Capital Management Solutions using Workday HCM. You should have a minimum of 2 full implementations (green field implementations/transformations) and possess the capability to contribute to presales solutioning and lead large-scale transformation/implementation projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the Human Capital Management vision for internal clients, considering technical risk and priority for the business. - Facilitate design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices, taking into account the client's unique business requirements at all project stages. - Engage and support the client throughout all project phases, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution. - Utilize technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates. - Identify and implement solutions to reuse code and capabilities to increase speed to market. - Provide hands-on expertise of the software, including loading client data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security. - Collaborate with stakeholders, HR, IT teams, and external partners to design and implement scalable high-performance solutions that enhance HR functions. - Lead the implementation and configuration of key Workday HCM modules, including HRM (Human Resources Management), Organizational Management, Business Process Management, Reporting and Analytics, Employee and Manager Self-Service, Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Compensation Management, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning. **Qualifications Required:** - WORKDAY only experience, with a minimum of 4+ years, including at least 2 full implementation cycles worked upon in-depth. - In-depth knowledge of Workday's capabilities and configurations. - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Relevant Workday certifications such as Workday Core HCM, Workday Integration, Workday Reporting, and Workday Advanced Compensation. This job requires you to have an in-depth understanding of all Business processes under Workday HCM, BO relations, clarity on complete data sources, security architecture, and Integration (WDSL, API) Frameworks. Additionally, you should be capable enough to define accelerators within Workday and be ready to take on Presales responsibilities.
