Workday HCM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Support Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials modules.
• Build and optimize custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth end-to-end data flow.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Tech teams to meet business needs.
• Participate in system upgrades and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills:

• 45 years in Workday HCM with integration and configuration expertise.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, Web Services, and Core Connectors.
• Strong understanding of HCM, Payroll, and Financials modules.
• Experience with Workday reporting tools and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Workday certifications
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
