Known for offering remote jobs across India, we also build skilled professional communities through WhatsApp groups. Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Workday HCM Developer. The Workday HCM Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Daily tasks will include configuring modules, creating custom reports, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize Workday processes. Shift : IST Contract Duration : 6 Months may be extendable Roles & Responsibilities: * Customize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) to align with business requirements. * Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs. * Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business processes. * Implement processes and solutions to maintain data quality and integrity within Workday. * Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support. * Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to Workday configurations, integrations, and data. * Stay updated on new Workday features, functionalities, and best practices. * Maintain clear and current documentation for all Workday development activities. * Conduct thorough testing of Workday configurations and integrations to ensure functionality and accuracy. Must-Have Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 5 years of experience with Workday, including a strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials). * Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, and other Workday integration tools. * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. * Experience with Workday reporting and dashboard development. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
