Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Collaborate with People & Organization (P&O) stakeholders to analyze business processes, define functional specifications, and manage implementation timelines.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver Workday integrations and interfaces.
Support the development, testing, and implementation of change requests (CRs) within Workday.
Lead bi-annual Workday release cycles, including regression testing, feature review, and obtaining sign-offs.
Partner with the Level 3 (L3) Technical team on project specifications, timelines, and testing activities.
Report risks and priorities to management and assist with project planning.
Ensure compliance with documentation, change management, and audit standards.
Document and communicate issues clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Manage HCM functional changes and enhancements in the Workday platform.
Create knowledge articles, training materials, and conduct training sessions for stakeholders.
Optimize Workday usage and drive platform adoption across the organization.
Mentor team members to build expertise in Workday HCM domain.
Enhance the user experience related to Workday processes and functionality.
Gather and address feedback from P&O teams on Workday-related issues and improvements.
Benchmark Workday usage against peer organizations to maximize ROI.
Oversee AMS (Application Management Services) provider performance to ensure timely and effective support.
