Hello,

We are hiring for Workday Functional Consultant with Core HCM who enjoys working with Absence, Compensation, Talent.

- Workday Functional Consultant

- 5+Yrs Experience

- Contract to Hire

- UK Shift

- Location- Gurugram

- Immediate to 15 Days Joiner

JD:

5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience, with expertise in at least two modules (e.g., Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent).
Proven experience in configuration, process mapping, testing, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Workday Pro Certification in Platform Administration and Core HCM.
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in global delivery models.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
