successful implementation of Workdays Financial Management solution

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the

    design, build, configuration, testing, and support

    of Workday Financial Management.
  • Understand client business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to configure and test Workday business processes.
  • Create custom Workday reports as per project needs.
  • Assist the integration team in designing and testing system integrations.
  • Provide post–implementation support and issue resolution.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
  • Basic understanding of

    financial accounting principles

  • Minimum of

    1 full lifecycle ERP implementation

  • Proficiency in multiple business process areas:
    • Procure-to-Pay
    • Order-to-Cash
    • General Ledger
    • Fixed Asset Management
    • Budgeting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new ERP systems.
