Workday Financial Consultant

As a Workday Financial Consultant with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of Workday's Financial Management solution. Your responsibilities will include understanding and incorporating client's business requirements, designing, building, configuring, testing, and supporting the Workday Financial Management system. Additionally, you will be expected to create custom reports, assist the integration team in integration design and testing. To excel in this position, you should have a graduate degree in Accounting/Finance and/or IT related courses, along with a minimum of 2 years of Workday Financials experience and 3-5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, knowledge in Accounting/Finance, and experience in Workday as a Financials Functional Consultant and/or Administrator are essential. Furthermore, experience in Development and Testing, along with certification in Workday Financials and other specialized modules will be advantageous. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, manage multiple task assignments effectively, and possess strong communication skills. The job location for this position is Hyderabad and Kolkata, and the hiring process includes screening (HR Round), Technical Round 1, Technical Round 2, and Final HR Round.
