You will contribute to the development of innovative solutions and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, develop, and test software applications using Workday Financial Accounting Core. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements. - Configure and customize Workday Financial Accounting Core modules to meet business needs. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Create technical documentation and provide support during system integration and user acceptance testing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Advanced Reporting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes. - Experience in designing and implementing Workday Financial Accounting Core solutions. - Knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques. - Familiarity with Workday security and data privacy best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education Workday Record to Report Experienced and Financial certified
