Job Description: As a Workday Extend Lead, you will work closely with global cross-functional teams to enhance customer value from their Workday HCM investment. Your role involves architecting and implementing Workday Extend capabilities in various functional areas. You will have the opportunity to work independently, collaborate with teams, and lead projects, showcasing your entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset to contribute significantly to building the UST Global Workday practice. Key Responsibilities: - Consulting & Collaboration: - Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement Workday Extend solutions, offering ongoing maintenance support. - Lead Development: - Oversee Workday Extend development on assigned projects, including AMS engagements. - Problem Solving: - Identify and resolve complex business challenges by integrating Workday with external applications using Workday Extend. - Solution Design & Development: - Develop innovative solutions using Workday Extend technologies to address business problems. - Support & Incident Management: - Provide ongoing support for deployed Workday Extend applications, handle incident management, and monitor applications. - Routine Support & Testing: - Perform break/fix support, regression testing, and manage interfaces with external systems. - Data Integrity: - Ensure data and application accuracy through detailed analysis, coding, documentation, and issue resolution. - Security & Standards: - Uphold compliance with security, data privacy standards, and best practices in data governance, Extend app development, and integration systems. - Mentorship: - Train and support junior team members. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in the Workday ecosystem, preferably in consulting or customer-facing roles. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in designing and developing custom apps using Workday Extend. - Certifications (Preferred): Workday Extend and Workday Integrations (Studio) certification. - Strong understanding of Workday integrations and related technologies, including proficiency in Workday APIs, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, and Workday Cloud Connect. - Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, establishing credibility as a Workday expert and effectively managing client expectations. - Ability to manage multiple projects, encompassing deployment and AMS engagements.,
