Workday Extend Consultant

As a Workday Certified Consultant with 3+ years of experience in Workday Extend and Integrations, your role will involve collaborating with customers throughout all phases of deployment and post-production. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless integrations and scalable solutions, with opportunities to work across both AMS and implementation projects. Your expertise as a Workday subject matter expert will be crucial across design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects independently across different phases, lead customer sessions to analyze business needs, provide recommendations, and deliver effective solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent. - Active Workday Certification in Workday Extend and specialized areas. - Hands-on experience with Workday APIs, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformations, Workday Studio, and Workday CCTPPTM. - Experience in ERP implementation and post-go-live support in technical or techno-functional roles. - Strong proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and levels. - Strong analytical, organizational, and detail orientation skills. - Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise. - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-growing environment with minimal supervision. As a Workday Certified Consultant, you will design, develop, test, and deploy integrations that meet business requirements. You will also educate clients on building and managing integrations with SaaS platforms through effective knowledge transfer. Your role will involve monitoring risks and issues, providing regular status updates, and escalating concerns as needed. Additionally, you will review integration solution architectures to ensure compliance with client requirements and standards.
