Workday Compensation Specialist

As a Workday Techno-Functional Lead Consultant, your role will involve successfully managing end-to-end implementations or support on Core Compensation and Advance Compensation. You are expected to be a leader with a sense of urgency and a strong focus on delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Holding a Workday certification in Adv Comp - Demonstrating configuration experience in at least 2-3 Workday functional areas - Playing the Functional Lead role on at least 2 end-to-end deployments for Workday HCM - Configuring and testing functional changes to Workday modules - Providing configuration support for at least 3-4 clients handled on AMS model - Setting up Business Processes - Having good written & oral communication skills and being a strong team player You should be proficient in the following Functional areas: - Core HCM - Compensation/ Adv. Compensation It would be beneficial if you have experience participating in ACR processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Gathering Business requirements and providing configuration support of Compensation - Working independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in the Configuration solutions/Testing - Analyzing business requirements and producing detailed solution specifications while consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday - Tracking issues and risks, communicating status, and escalating concerns - Collaborating effectively with a geographically dispersed team in planning support and being available to support or guide as necessary Please note that the location of the requirement is PAN India (TCS Locations).
