Workday Business Analyst

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as a Workday Business Analyst with expertise in Workday HCM or Workday Finance modules. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technical Workday team to ensure smooth system operations, process alignment, and successful implementation of new features. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday modules (HCM / Financials). - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents. - Assist in configuring, testing (unit, UAT, regression), and deploying Workday enhancements and integrations. - Identify and resolve system issues by working closely with the Workday support or development team. - Engage with global stakeholders to introduce new Workday features and enhance existing business processes. - Generate reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools. - Support change management activities, user training, and process documentation. - Stay updated on Workday updates and releases to assess their impact on business operations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, HR, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on Workday HCM or Finance modules. - Hands-on experience in Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations. - Proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, documentation, and UAT support. - Strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and adept stakeholder management. Additional Details: The job is contractual/temporary with a duration of 36 months. The work location will be in person at various cities including Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi NCR (New Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida), Lucknow, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Indore, Nagpur, and Ahmedabad.,
