Job Description

Workday Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Configure, test, and maintain
Workday Benefits
setup — plan design, eligibility, event processing, and open enrollment.
Design and support
Workday integrations
using
EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Cloud Connect for Benefits
.
Collaborate with
Total Rewards, Payroll, and external vendors
for seamless benefits administration.
Support
multi-country benefits rollout
, data mapping, and system compliance.
Develop
custom reports, dashboards, and audits
to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills

3–8 years of
Workday configuration
experience, with a focus on
Benefits
.
Strong understanding of
Workday HCM
,
Business Process Framework
,
Calculated Fields
, and
Integration tools (EIB, Studio, REST/SOAP, XML/XSLT)
.
Hands-on experience in
Benefits, Absence, or Compensation
modules.
Exposure to
vendor file integrations
and troubleshooting.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred

Workday Pro Certification – Benefits
or related modules.
Experience in
global/multi-country benefits plan setup
.
Prior
implementation experience
in large-scale HR transformation projects.
