Work From Home – Commission-Only Sales Partner (EduTech Courses)

About the Role We are looking for motivated and target-driven individuals who can promote and sell our online coding & IT courses at https://edu.mycoder.pro. This is a performance-based role with no fixed salary – you earn commissions on every sale you close. What You’ll Do Contact leads via calls/WhatsApp/social media and pitch courses. Explain product features, resolve doubts, and convert leads into paid enrolments. Follow up with interested students until payment is done. Maintain hourly updates + daily report on calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Requirements Must have own laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Self-motivated and comfortable working without fixed pay. Prior sales/telecalling/edtech experience is a plus (not mandatory). Compensation (Commission-Only) ₹1,000 – ₹3,000 per confirmed enrolment (depending on course). Extra incentives for bulk sales and upselling. No fixed monthly salary. Work Mode & Hours 100% Remote (Work from Home). Flexible hours (10 AM – 7 PM preferred) Hourly check-ins + Daily reporting required.
