We are looking for a smart, bold, and dynamic female professional to join us as a Client & Strategy Coordinator – Algo Trading , with additional responsibilities of executive and content coordination. This is a multitasking hybrid role that blends coordination for stock market algorithmic strategy development with executive support, social media management, and branding tasks. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, emotionally intelligent, and capable of handling client communication, internal team follow-ups, digital content workflows, and executive support with a high degree of responsibility and discretion. Key Responsibilities: Algo Trading Strategy & Client Coordination Coordinate with clients for algorithmic trading strategy requirements related to NSE/BSE markets. Act as a bridge between clients and the internal development team for clear and timely execution. Track project status, maintain communication logs, and generate daily/weekly reports for management. Schedule and manage review meetings, virtual calls, and team coordination. Executive & Personal Assistance to Director Manage the Director’s schedule, travel, communication, and daily priorities. Assist with both professional and personal-level tasks in a mature, confidential manner. Act as the Director’s right-hand in managing tasks, decision-making follow-ups, and internal communication. Accompany the Director for meetings or events when required. YouTube & Social Media Ownership Take full responsibility for the company’s YouTube channel and other social platforms. Plan and execute content creation, video editing, scheduling, and growth strategies. Collaborate with internal teams and management to align content with business objectives. Engage with audiences and drive digital presence through branding, partnerships, and monetization. HR, Admin & Internal Operations Support in recruitment coordination, HR documentation, and onboarding workflows. Organize webinars, internal events, and marketing campaigns as directed. Assist in writing professional content for communication and promotions. Offer administrative and operational support with a solution-oriented mindset. Required Skills & Qualities: Female candidates only – bold, presentable, and responsible. Excellent communication in Hindi & English (verbal and written). Basic understanding of share market and algorithmic trading is an advantage. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, video editing, and Zoom/Meet. Emotionally intelligent, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential responsibilities. Open-minded, flexible, and willing to travel or adapt across business activities.
