Client & Strategy Coordinator Algo Trading

We are looking for a female executive to join our team as a Client & Strategy Coordinator for Algo Trading. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating communication and coordination among clients, the internal strategy development team, and senior management in the field of share market algorithmic trading. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering detailed requirements from clients for algorithmic trading strategies, acting as a bridge between clients and the internal team, tracking the development and testing of algo strategies for NSE/BSE markets, and ensuring timely updates are provided to management. You will also be involved in organizing client feedback sessions, technical reviews, and maintaining documentation of client interactions and strategy workflows. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination and communication skills in both English and Hindi, along with prior experience in client servicing, project coordination, or operations. A basic understanding of the stock market, algo trading, or financial platforms would be advantageous. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online meeting platforms like Zoom/Google Meet is preferred. Additionally, the ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively is crucial for this role. You will report to the Managing Director or Strategy Head and will be expected to work full-time or part-time with the possibility of fresher or internship roles. The work schedule will include day shifts with weekend availability, and a performance bonus may be provided based on your contributions.
