Role Overview: You are being recruited as a Client & Strategy Coordinator Algo Trading to manage communication and coordination between clients, the internal strategy development team, and top management in the domain of share market algorithmic trading. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth execution of strategy development, managing timelines, and delivering updates to all stakeholders involved. This role provides you with the opportunity to work in a high-growth fintech environment if you possess strong communication skills and a basic understanding of financial markets. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with clients to gather detailed requirements for algorithmic trading strategies. - Act as a liaison between clients and the internal strategy development team to ensure clear communication. - Track the development and testing process of algo strategies for NSE/BSE markets. - Ensure timely updates and progress reports are shared with the management. - Organize and manage follow-up calls, client feedback sessions, and technical reviews. - Maintain organized documentation of client interactions and strategy workflows. - Escalate issues or delays to management with suggested resolutions. Qualifications Required: - Female candidates only. - Strong coordination and communication skills (English & Hindi). - Prior experience in client servicing, project coordination, or operations preferred. - Basic knowledge of stock market, algo trading, or financial platforms is a plus. - Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online meeting platforms like Zoom/Google Meet. - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively. Please note that the job types available for this position are Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship. The work location is in person with a day shift schedule and weekend availability. Additionally, there is a performance bonus offered.
