SeekNEO IT Solutions is looking for a talented WordPress Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization, front-end and back-end development, and website optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites based on project requirements.
• Convert Figma/PSD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress themes.
• Build and customize WordPress plugins to extend website functionalities.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and compatibility issues.
• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and follow best practices.
• Work closely with designers, content teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects.
• Keep up with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in PHP & WordPress development.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress core, custom themes, and plugin development.
• Experience with WooCommerce and popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).
• Understanding of REST APIs, AJAX, and third-party API integration.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
• Experience working with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Laravel or CodeIgniter frameworks.
• Knowledge of React.js or Vue.js for front-end enhancements.
• Familiarity with Linux-based hosting environments and deployment processes.
