WordPress Solutions Engineer (Level II / III)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites with a focus on

  custom themes, templates, and plugins

  .
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect, and high-performing WordPress implementations.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services into WordPress-based systems.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver client projects on time.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in WordPress environments.
• Maintain proper documentation for custom code, processes, and workflows.
• Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends, plugins, security practices, and best coding standards.

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of professional experience in WordPress development (Level II: 4–5 years | Level III: 5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of

  PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery

  .
• Proven expertise in

  custom WordPress theme and plugin development

  .
• Experience working with

  page builders (e.g., Elementor, Gutenberg) and custom ACF setups

  .
• Familiarity with

  MySQL, REST APIs, and JSON

  .
• Experience with

  version control (Git)

  and collaborative workflows.
• Understanding of

  security best practices, SEO principles, and performance optimization

  .
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (ReactJS, NextJS, Vue.js).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Exposure to cloud hosting environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
