The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress and Shopify websites with a strong understanding of performance, security, and UI/UX best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, WooCommerce) Build and customize Shopify stores including themes, apps, and checkout flows Convert Figma / PSD / XD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect websites Customize WordPress themes and plugins as per business requirements Implement Shopify custom sections, Liquid templates, and metafields Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and marketing tools Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently Ensure website security, backups, and regular updates Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience with WordPress (Core, WooCommerce) Strong experience with shopify (Liquid, theme customization) Basic knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL Understanding of responsive design & cross-browser compatibility Familiarity with SEO best practices Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Good to Have: Experience with custom plugin development Knowledge of Shopify app development Experience with AWS / Hosting / cPanel Experience working with international clients What We Offer: Competitive salary (as per experience) Friendly and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work on diverse projects Career growth and learning opportunities
