Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing high-performing websites and e-commerce platforms using WordPress and Shopify. As a Sr. Full Stack Wordpress Developer, you will play a key role in architecting scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions for WordPress websites and Shopify stores. Your expertise in WordPress development, frontend and backend technologies, security best practices, and third-party integrations will be crucial in ensuring the success of projects. Additionally, you will be involved in project planning, design, development, quality assurance, problem-solving, innovation, and client interaction. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scopes, create technical specifications, and develop detailed project timelines. - Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions for WordPress websites and Shopify stores, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Engage in hands-on coding and development, particularly for complex or high-priority tasks, including custom themes, plugins, and integrations. - Ensure the highest level of software quality through testing, code reviews, and by implementing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. - Address and resolve technical challenges that arise during the development process, ensuring timely and effective solutions. - Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in WordPress and Shopify development, and integrate them into the development process where appropriate. - Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, present technical solutions, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Expertise Required: - Multi-Tasking - Technical Expertise - Leadership - Scheduling & Time Management - Critical thinking & problem-solving Experience: - Minimum of 4 years in web development in Wordpress Technology Technical Expertise: - Proficiency in WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, WooCommerce, and multisite setups. - Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and responsive design. - Experience with PHP, MySQL, and server-side technologies related to WordPress and Shopify. - Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Agile Methodologies: - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in leading agile teams. Full Stack Development: - Experience in full-stack development, including frontend, backend, and database management.
