About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented WordPress Developer with a strong design sensibility and experience across platforms like WordPress, Framer, and Webflow. The ideal candidate should have a good grasp of web design principles, basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and a passion for building responsive, performance-optimized websites that not only function well but look great.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, Webflow, and Framer.
• Customize and manage WordPress themes and plugins as per project needs.
• Implement pixel-perfect designs from Figma/Adobe XD or similar tools.
• Use basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance website functionality when needed.
• Ensure SEO best practices, fast load times, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and content teams to bring web projects to life.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and debugging on existing websites.
• Set up and manage hosting, domains, SSL, and related configurations.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in WordPress development including custom themes and plugins.
• Working knowledge of Framer and Webflow for no-code/low-code site building.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.
• Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc.
• Understanding of responsive design, UX/UI fundamentals, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Basic knowledge of on-page SEO, website optimization, and analytics setup.
• Comfortable with version control tools like Git and platforms like cPanel or FTP.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Canva.
• Understanding of domain/hosting/SSL management.
• Prior experience in a digital agency or managing multiple client websites.

Soft Skills:

• Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and stay updated with web trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
