Raman Nagar, Bengaluru Karnataka Experience: Fresher to 3 Years Language : Kannada Mandatory (Speak & write) Commitment: 1 year Minimum What You’ll Work On: – Developing responsive WordPress websites from scratch – Customizing themes, plugins, templates, & integrate third-party tools – Collaborating with designers, content creators & product teams to deliver pixel-perfect results – Optimizing websites for speed, performance, and SEO – Debuggi ng and enhancing existing features – Build mobile applications using tools like Flutter, React Native, or similar (preferred but not mandatory) – Optimizing websites for speed, performance, SEO and user experience – Perform testing, troubleshooting, and regular updates Debugging and enhancing existing features Skills We Value: – Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript – Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg – Basic exposure to Flutter, React Native, or Android/iOS app development – Basic experience with APIs, hosting environments, and Git – Basic understanding of of WooCommerce and eCommerce flows – Basic understanding of SEO and website performance – Passion to learn and grow in a fast-paced setup with a strong learning attitude and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): – Experience with WooCommerce or Shopify – Knowledge of mobile app integration – Git and hosting/deployment know-how Why Join Us? – Supportive and collaborative team – Hands-on live projects from day one – Room to grow, upskill, and shape your career – Recognition & performance-driven growth – Work with Global Projects Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Work Location: In person
