Key Responsibilities:
1. Website & Hosting Management
● Manage WordPress sites , updates, uptime, troubleshooting.
● Oversee hosting accounts & domain renewals.
● Ensure smooth functioning of plugins
● Update Shopify stores
2. API Setup & Integrations
● Configure/manage payment gateways & APIs
● Manage Shopify, Shiprocket, WhatsApp APIs
● Set up and monitor webhooks for payments, LMS
platforms, and logistics.
● Troubleshoot integration issues quickly.
3. LMS & E-commerce Platforms
● Manage LMS platforms
● Ensure seamless student & customer experience
4. Automation & Tech Tools
● Optimize workflow automation.
● Leverage productivity tools
● Coordinate between marketing and operations for
smoother execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in any field.
● 2+ years’ experience in WordPress, hosting, and
domain management
● Familiar with Shopify, LMS platforms
● Good knowledge of API integrations, payment
gateways, automation tools.
● Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Zoho, Odoo,
Freshworks).
● Basic design/editing ability (Canva or similar).
● Strong organizational and documentation skills.
● Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot
across systems.
Preferred Background
● Organized, proactive, and comfortable working
across multiple systems.
● Interest in wellness, yoga, and holistic health (a big
plus).
Minimum Experience: 2 years
Compensation Range: Upto INR 4 LPA
