The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. Customize existing themes and plugins based on project requirements. Ensure website performance, security, and SEO best practices. Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality websites. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress websites. Integrate third-party services and APIs. Optimize websites for speed and performance. Maintain clear and well-documented code. Requirements: Proven experience as a WordPress Developer. Strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery). Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of website architecture and aesthetics. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design. Understanding of SEO principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce platforms. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and headless WordPress. Understanding of security and performance best practices. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
