Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain

  WordPress themes

  and

  custom plugins

  .
• Build

  custom WordPress websites

  using

  HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax

  .
• Implement

  Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)

  for dynamic content management.
• Convert

  Figma, Zeplin, XD, and PSD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages

  .
• Develop and customize

  Gutenberg blocks

  for blogs and modular content.
• Ensure

  cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and SEO best practices

  .
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver functional, visually appealing websites.
  
• Optimize website performance (Core Web Vitals, caching, speed).
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a

  WordPress Developer

  (3+ years).
• Expertise in

  custom WordPress theme development

  (not just Elementor/Builders).
• Strong knowledge of

  HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax

  .
• Experience with

  Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)

  .
• Proficiency in

  responsive design

  and

  mobile-first development

  .
• Ability to

  translate design files (Figma, Zeplin, XD, PSD) into live websites

  .
• Strong experience with

  Gutenberg custom block development

  .
• Familiarity with

  SEO fundamentals

  and

  website performance optimization

  .
• Knowledge of

  WordPress security best practices

  .

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with

  WooCommerce

  or marketplace integrations.
• Exposure to

  headless WordPress (React/Next.js)

  .
• Familiarity with

  animation integration (Lottie, GSAP, SVG)

  .
