Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain high-quality websites using WordPress, Shopify, and Wix.
• Create and modify custom themes, plugins, and modules based on project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to convert wireframes and mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages.
• Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and payment gateways for seamless website functionality.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
• Conduct website performance optimization, speed enhancement, and security audits regularly.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and clean, maintainable code.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, CMS technologies, and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Wix, and WooCommerce development.
• Excellent experience in customization:
• Custom Plugin Development
• Custom Theme Development
• Advanced Theme Customization
• Custom API Integration
• Familiarity with popular page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery.
• Strong understanding of SEO optimization, website performance tuning, and web security.
• Experience using version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to modern front-end frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of Headless WordPress and REST API integrations.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
