Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated WordPress Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WordPress development and be proficient in server management. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our WordPress websites and ensuring optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites based on client requirements.
• Manage and optimize servers to ensure high performance and security.
• Implement website features, functionalities, and integrations using WordPress plugins and custom code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance, security, and functionality.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to create and improve website features.
• Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with SEO best practices.
• Conduct regular backups, updates, and maintenance of WordPress sites and servers.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress developments, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in WordPress development.
• Strong knowledge of server management, including experience with cPanel, Plesk, or other server control panels.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and custom development.
• Understanding of website performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WooCommerce, Elementor, and other popular WordPress plugins.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with website security best practices and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or similar.
