Position: WordPress Developer
Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in WordPress development, Interview Timing is 11am to 4pm, H block 25, s6 office second floor Noida 63

Job Summary:
As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of WordPress-based websites and applications. Leveraging your expertise in WordPress development, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and visually appealing solutions. Your role will involve working closely with clients, project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure projects are completed successfully and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
• Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX designs effectively on WordPress platforms.
• Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by clients or detected through testing.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on WordPress development best practices.
• Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and provide technical insights.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, APIs, and hooks.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile optimization techniques.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment (preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., WordPress Certified Developer) are a plus.
