Job Summary

Infosys BPM is seeking an experienced Team Lead Operations. The role involves leading a team, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving process improvements to meet client and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of associates to ensure SLA and KPI adherence.
• Oversee daily operations across F&A (P2P, O2C, R2R) or MDM (Customer/Vendor/Product data) processes.
• Drive performance management, process governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular team reviews, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in service delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and process enhancement.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
• Strong experience in Operations Management and Team Handling.

  (Must Have)

• Domain expertise in Finance & Accounting (P2P, O2C, R2R) or Master Data Management (Customer/Vendor/Product).

  (Good to have)

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  (Must have)

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP tools such as SAP/Oracle.
• Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies preferred.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream. (Minimum 15 years full time education)
