Our client is an EU subsidiary of a Global Financial Bank working in multiple markets and asset classes. We are seeking a highly skilled WK OneSumX Technical Specialist to support the Client in the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the Wolters Kluwer OneSumX regulatory reporting platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in OneSumX configuration, integration, and customization, ensuring seamless regulatory reporting and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in financial institutions and regulatory reporting environments, with strong knowledge of data management, system integration, and regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, MIFID, Basel, and IFRS. Responsibilities OneSumX Support : Effectively raise, record, monitor progress of all incidents and service requests specific to Customer's OneSumX into the central ITSM tools Provide timely feedback to the business and stakeholders as required. Provide troubleshooting solutions, report and analyze tickets raised Liaise with other support/development teams to resolve cross-system issues Elaboration OneSumX System Implementation & Configuration: Lead the setup, configuration, and customization of OneSumX for regulatory reporting. Ensure smooth integration with existing banking systems, data sources, and reporting frameworks. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for OneSumX-related issues. Work with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve system bugs, upgrades, and patches. Data Management & ETL Processes: Design and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading into OneSumX. Maintain data accuracy and integrity for regulatory submissions. System Enhancements & Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for performance improvements and automation within OneSumX. Implement best practices for system scalability, efficiency, and compliance. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting Support: Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Reporting teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (EMIR, MIFID, Basel, IFRS, etc.). Support testing and validation of reports before submission to regulators. Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including IT, Compliance, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of OneSumX with business processes. Work with Wolters Kluwer support teams to address system enhancements and issue resolution. Testing & UAT: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for OneSumX upgrades and new regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with internal testing and change management processes. Documentation & Training: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and data mappings. Provide training and knowledge sharing to internal teams on OneSumX functionalities and enhancements. Skills At least 5+ years of relevant experience Experience with OneSumX suite or other similar regulatory reporting tool like SAS, AxiomSL Banking /Financial Services and Regulatory reporting experience is required Technical expertise in Wolters Kluwer OneSumX configuration, implementation, and support. In addition: Strong experience with data integration, ETL processes, and system architecture for regulatory reporting. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, MIFID, Basel III, IFRS, and local regulatory requirements. Experience in SQL, data modeling, and database management for financial reporting systems. Hands-on experience with OneSumX report development, customization, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and transaction reporting. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical and regulatory challenges. Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Risk, IT, and Finance. Ability to document technical processes and system configurations clearly. Nice to have Experience in Azure Fabric Training on Datawarehousing, BI, Data modelling, Microsoft SQL server, SSIS, Scrum Experience in financial regulatory reporting tools beyond OneSumX (e.g., AxiomSL, Regnology, or other RegTech platforms). Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages for process optimization. Understanding of cloud-based regulatory reporting solutions and API integrations. Exposure to agile project management methodologies and experience working in fast-paced regulatory environments.
