Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customized PowerPoint templates, ensuring consistency with brand standards and full use of advanced design features.
• Design visually compelling presentations and enhance existing decks through layout refinement, formatting, and animations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ideas into impactful visual narratives.
• Simplify complex data into clear, engaging visuals using infographics, charts, and diagrams.
• Integrate AI-powered tools to optimize design workflows and create dynamic presentation elements.
• Create custom icons, illustrations, and infographics tailored for presentations.
• Ensure all slides are intuitive, audience-friendly, and aligned with communication goals.
• Maintain brand integrity across all deliverables while leveraging design software such as Adobe Illustrator and AI-based design solutions.

1. Ability to independently gather stakeholder inputs and translate them into impactful PowerPoint presentations.
2. Comfortable managing client interactions and expectations effectively.
3. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop for creating high-quality visuals, infographics, and icons.
4. Strong visual storytelling skills to design slides that communicate key messages and reflect brand identity.
5. Experience in creating engaging PowerPoint decks and short videos to enhance presentation impact.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and present relevant business insights.
7. Good understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design practices.
8. Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping; web design experience is a plus.
9. Keeps up with current design trends and applies best practices to deliver fresh, engaging content.
10. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
11. Knowledge of AI-powered tools for PowerPoint and design elements will be considered a significant advantage.

Experience:

Qualifications

A bachelors or master’s degree in design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
