Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver

    end-to-end implementation

    of Workday Time and Absence module.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management according to best practices and client needs.
  • Develop test plans and support system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, HCM, and Integration teams.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, decisions, and processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Functional Consultant.
  • At least

    1 full-cycle implementation

    of Workday Time and Absence module.
  • Strong understanding of time tracking, accruals, time off plans, absence policies, and compliance.
  • Workday certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
