Job Discription :

Windows OS L3 Support / Infrastructure Engineer

Windows OS L3 Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

L3 support for Windows OS; mentor L1/L2 teams
Handle major incidents & RCA; repeat incident analysis
Ensure system availability, performance tuning & CSI initiatives
Active Directory management & reconfiguration
DR planning & execution of DR drills
Automation of routine tasks (scripting/Ansible)
Maintain SOPs, KBase & Infra documentation
Troubleshoot SSO (ADFS, Azure SSO) & Azure app integrations

Skills & Tools:

Windows Server 2012/2016/2022
Active Directory, Azure & AWS (basic–intermediate)
SCOM, SCCM, patching & monitoring tools
Automation & scripting (PowerShell/Ansible)

Certifications (Preferred):

Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator
Azure / AWS certifications
