Primary skills- Strong knowledge on Windows Server administration and Active Directory. Strong knowledge on Windows domain server recovery. Hands on experience of Windows Active Directory implementation and migration from previous versions to newer. configuring, and maintaining Windows Server operating systems. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. Managing user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory configurations. Configuring and managing DNS, DHCP, Group policies and other network services. Knowledge on Supporting virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V. Knowledge Automating administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting. Knowledge on federation services. Microsoft 365 Implementation and Migration Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing migrations to Microsoft 365 environments.: Assess client needs and recommend appropriate Microsoft 365 solutions. Plan and execute migrations from legacy systems to Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Configure and customize Microsoft 365 services to align with business requirements. Ensure data integrity and security during migration processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 implementation. Provide training and support to end-users post-migration. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure a smooth transition. Document migration processes and best practices for future reference. Knowledge on EM+Security. Additional knowledge: Knowledge on Patch management tool Knowledge on security products on MED or any 3rd party etc. Knowledge on virtualization , storage and backup tool.
