JOB Description Minimum 3 to 5 years of industry experience in Windchill PLM Functional Support . Strong understanding of Engineering R&D processes and New Product Development . Expertise in Installation, Configuration, Workflow Management, Product Support, and Integration Support . Knowledge of Parts Management, Product Structure Management, Configuration Management, Engineering Change Management, and Option & Variant Management . Good understanding of Middleware and Windchill integration with enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, and MES . Experience with CAD systems and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products such as SolidWorks, CREO, AutoCAD , and their integration with Windchill. Strong customer relationship skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to quality customer service .
