Role Overview: As a part of this role, you will be responsible for creating, revising, and releasing parts and documents in Wind-chill according to the defined requirements. You will also be updating document and part structures, creating and updating BOM structures, as well as managing change orders and approvals. Key Responsibilities: - Create, revise, and release parts (ZFIN, ZRAW, ZSMI, ZMOD, ZNVL) in Wind-chill based on the requirements specified in WI. - Create, revise, and release documents such as Protocols, Reports, FAB, TRAV, PFMEA, IFU, Drawing Specification, Device tracking kit, etc., in Wind-chill according to WI requirements. - Update document and part structures. - Create and update BOM structures. - Create change orders with change description and justification. - Assign change activity assignees and peer reviewers. - Assign approvers to the Change Implementation Board for change orders as per approval requirements. - Create manual pre- and post-release adhoc tasks. - Follow up with approvers to ensure the Change Orders are reviewed and approved. - Release the Change Orders in Wind-chill. Qualifications Required: - Proficient in working with Wind-chill for creating, revising, and releasing parts and documents. - Strong understanding of document and part structures. - Knowledge of BOM structures and change order management. - Excellent communication skills to interact with approvers and stakeholders effectively.
