Job Profile

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join our WIN team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about creating compelling content that drives success.

Responsibilities

  • Re-write and edit proposal responses from various stakeholders, including technical and commercial teams.
  • Prepare reports and forms related to proposals and bids.
  • Develop presentations aligned with proposal scope and structure.
  • Support the Bid / Proposal Manager in structuring proposals.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail and proof-reading accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the WIN team to create engaging visuals that make proposals stand out.
  • Maintain flexibility to support other business functions and projects as needed.

Desired Qualification and Experience

  • Master s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
  • 4 5 years of overall work experience, preferably in private sector projects.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in writing and editing proposal content or reports, and preparing presentations within a complex business environment.
  • Proficiency in graphics packages such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and presentation software.
  • Excellent written English language skills are essential.
