Job Title: Senior Executive

Job Summary

The Senior Executive will play a crucial role in managing HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This position requires a proactive individual with extensive experience in SAP S/4Hana and HR management practices to support the organization's strategic goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Manage HR databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Handle grievances and facilitate resolution processes.
  • Coordinate with various committees such as HSE, POSH, and Grievance Committees.
  • Support plant HR operations and manage manpower allocation and handling.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws and welfare regulations.
  • Conduct HR training sessions and workshops for staff development.
  • Manage contract labor and oversee related administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on SAP S/4Hana.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Experience in handling grievances and managing employee relations.
  • Proficient in HR databases and reporting tools.
